💵 How to Request a Return

If you checked out with an account and your return meets our policy guidelines:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Go to your Account page and navigate to the Returns Section.
  • Submit a return request, and we’ll review it as soon as possible.
  • We’ll notify you once your request is approved or denied, with further instructions.

If you checked out as a guest, simply contact us regarding your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

📋 Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process, please note:

  • ❌ Order Cancellations – Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, simply return it under this policy.
  • 🔒 Condition Requirements – Returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
  • 🚨 No Assembly or Modification – Please do not use, assemble, or modify the product before returning, or we won’t be able to process a refund.
  • ⚠ Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, do not return it. Instead, contact us for assistance.
  • ⏳ Post-30-Day Defects – If an item becomes defective after 30 days, reach out to us or check the manufacturer’s warranty for further support.
  • 💵 Exchanges – Need a different item? Simply return the original and place a new order. We require all items to be invoiced for manufacturer warranty purposes.
