💵 How to Request a Return
If you checked out with an account and your return meets our policy guidelines:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your Account page and navigate to the Returns Section.
- Submit a return request, and we’ll review it as soon as possible.
- We’ll notify you once your request is approved or denied, with further instructions.
If you checked out as a guest, simply contact us regarding your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
📋 Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please note:
- ❌ Order Cancellations – Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, simply return it under this policy.
- 🔒 Condition Requirements – Returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
- 🚨 No Assembly or Modification – Please do not use, assemble, or modify the product before returning, or we won’t be able to process a refund.
- ⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, do not return it. Instead, contact us for assistance.
- ⏳ Post-30-Day Defects – If an item becomes defective after 30 days, reach out to us or check the manufacturer’s warranty for further support.
- 💵 Exchanges – Need a different item? Simply return the original and place a new order. We require all items to be invoiced for manufacturer warranty purposes.
- 🐾 Clearance items - If the product page notes an item is on clearance, it’s not eligible for refund. These items often have shorter expiry dates, and with international shipping times we cannot guarantee adequate shelf life.
- 🇺🇸 US Orders – Import Duty & Shipping Fees – For orders shipped to the United States, import duty fees and shipping/postage fees collected at checkout are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Exceptions: Refunds may only be issued if the order is cancelled before dispatch or if Atlantic Pet Products is responsible for an error, such as a lost or incorrectly fulfilled shipment.
