Requesting a Return 📦

Returning a product with Atlantic Pet Products is straightforward. If you made your purchase with an account and your item meets our return guidelines:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to your Account page and select the Returns Section.
  • Submit your return request, and our team will review it promptly.
  • We’ll notify you when your request is approved or denied, along with instructions for the next steps.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Guidelines 📝

  • 30-Day Return Window ⇄: Once approved, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item for a full refund of the product cost.
  • Item Condition 📦: Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Do not assemble, use, or modify the product prior to returning.
  • Order Cancellations ❌: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once the order arrives.
  • Damaged or Defective Items 💔: If an item arrives damaged or defective, do not return it. Instead, contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Defects After 30 Days ⌛: For defects discovered after 30 days, please reach out to us or check the manufacturer’s warranty policy for guidance.
  • Exchanges ⇁: Need a replacement? Once your return is approved, send the item back and place a new order.
  • Shipping Refunds 🛳: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the order is canceled before dispatch or we are responsible for an error, such as a lost or incorrect shipment.
  • Clearance Items 🐾: Clearance products are not eligible for refunds due to limited shelf life and international shipping times.
